This stunning 1950 Chevrolet 3100 3-Window Pickup is the result of a meticulous, nut-and-bolt frame-off restomod build, combining classic styling with modern performance, comfort, and reliability. Built to an exceptionally high standard, this truck is equally at home on the show field or the open road.
The foundation begins with a Chevy S10 chassis fitted with a Spohn Performance front suspension and coil-over setup. Once assembled, the entire chassis was powder-coated in a durable hammer-tone finish for long-term protection and show-quality appearance. A Ford 9-inch rear axle and rack-and-pinion steering complete the modernized drivetrain foundation.
Power comes from a fuel-injected 6.0L LS V8 sourced from a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 pickup, paired with a 4L60E automatic overdrive transmission. The result is excellent drivability, strong performance, and modern reliability. Four-wheel disc brakes provide confident stopping power.
The all-steel body is exceptionally straight with excellent panel fit and alignment. Finished in a deep Midnight Blue Pearl, the show-quality paint presents with outstanding depth and gloss. All chrome, stainless trim, glass, and weather stripping are new throughout.
Inside, the cab was fully insulated with Dynamat before installation of a beautifully finished custom gray leather interior with wood accents. Features include TMI custom-formed seats, Dakota Digital gauges, Dolphin instrumentation, a Flaming River tilt steering column with matching leather-grain steering wheel, chrome column shifter, Custom Auto Air conditioning, retro-style stereo, electric wipers, and Painless wiring. Every detail was thoughtfully executed for comfort, function, and visual impact.
